Alejandro Perez

I have been in the painting/contracting business since I was 14 years old. My career began by helping my father with his contractor jobs, translating English for him after school. After graduating from high school I became a full time contractor. Working for a major construction company based in Maplewood, New Jersey, in 2003 I was promoted to Foreman of their best crew. Over the years I gained more knowledge and experience in all of the following: interior and exterior painting, weather stripping houses, weather stripping and re staining decks, window and door replacement, siding and trim replacement, built in’s, crown molding, kitchen and bathroom remodeling in some of the most magnificent homes in New Jersey.

In 2007 I branched away and started a new company with a partner, which we developed into one of the most successful contracting companies in the tri state area. Based in Chatham, New Jersey we did every type of home remodeling projects in Madison, Chatham, Short Hills, Millburn, Florham Park, Morristown, Harding, New Vernon, Mendham, Bernardsville, Basking Ridge, Summit, New Providence, Rockaway, Union, Springfield, Morris Plains, Scotch Plains. As this company grew larger I realized that I could provide the best quality service with my own crew. It is my goal to provide you with excellence and perfection with every job.
